Estimated pre-order times given on our website are not guaranteed. It’s possible that pre-order shipment dates may be moved up or down by 2-3 weeks without prior notification. 

You agree to the shipping conditions when you place a pre-order, and any refund claims will not be accepted unless the delay is more than three weeks long.

Customers in the UK mainland may expect their orders to be processed within 2-3 working days and sent through standard delivery (excluding the Highlands). 

As some of our items are sent at various times, please check the product page for the delivery information. Shipping to the United Kingdom is available.

We are open Monday through Friday, and all orders are sent out on those days. Saturday and Sunday are not working days for us.Currently, we ship to over 40 countries across the world.

Our courier partners strive to deliver your item within 2-6 working days to Europe through a standard monitored delivery service.

Orders to countries other than the United States, Canada, or Australia will be dispatched through standard tracked delivery, and our courier partners strive to deliver your purchase within 5-7 business days.

However, please wait up to 15 working days from the day you got your dispatch notification before contacting our support staff if your package does not arrive as expected.

Currency/Charges

All transactions will be conducted in British pounds, and the conversion rate will be set by the international credit card companies or banks as needed.

Imports and Exports

Due to importing limitations on some items and materials, orders sent outside the UK mainland may be subject to customs or taxes. You are responsible for paying any extra taxes, fees, or charges that may be imposed on your order by your local law. 

You won’t have to pay any customs or taxes until your package reaches its final destination. In order to provide you an estimate of the expenses, we are unable to do so since these charges are outside our control.

It is your duty to check with your local customs office before making your purchase if you are unclear if the charges will apply to your order.

Track Your Delivery

Logging into the ‘My Account’ portion of the site, choosing ‘Order History,’ and selecting the proper order will allow you to keep track of your order at any time.

You may check the progress of your purchase by visiting the website of our courier by clicking on the tracking link.

The tracking number for your purchase may be found in the email you received upon placing it.

To see whether your purchase has been delivered, go to the website of our preferred courier and input your tracking number. dpd.co.uk

You will get a note and two further delivery attempts, generally on the following working days, if you are not home when our partner courier attempts delivery and cannot locate a secure area for the parcel to be left.

Please follow the directions on the note provided by the courier to schedule a more convenient re-delivery date.

Our partner courier may have recorded the order as delivered, but you haven’t received it. If this is the case, please contact us. Within seven working days, contact our support staff. 

Our courier partners may reject your claim if you don’t comply with this requirement. If a claim or inquiry is denied by our courier partners, we at Zohra Jabeen cannot be held liable.

Wrecked or Destroyed Parcels

Please inform us within seven working days if your package has been lost or damaged by our delivery partners. In the event that your package is damaged or lost, we will file a claim on your behalf with our delivery company. 

A complete refund will be granted, including shipping expenses, if the claim is approved. Refunds will not be granted immediately if a claim with our delivery partners takes more than 28 days to process.

Zohra Jabeen cannot be held liable for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit, since they are insured by our delivery partners.

As soon as you’ve made your purchase, please get in touch with us so that we can make arrangements for it to be delivered to a safe area.

Please keep in mind that Zohra Jabeen  will not be held responsible for any orders that are damaged or lost if they are not delivered to a safe location as requested by you.

Monday through Friday is the official designation of a workweek. There are no working days on the weekends or on federal holidays.
