You may need to return your purchase despite our best efforts to satisfy you for reasons beyond your or our control.

For your convenience, we’ve included all you need to know about our Cancellation and Returns policy below so that you don’t have to worry about anything.

You must fill out this form to be eligible for a refund. The item(s) returned will be refused if the returns form is not filled out, and redelivery fees may apply.

The item(s) you are returning must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you got it/them. All tags intact, original packaging, and any promotional gifts related to the item included (s). 

We’ll handle your credit note refund* or exchange after we confirm receipt of your returned item (s). Within 14 working days, You will handle eligible cash or credit card reimbursements.

Please be aware that the validity of the credit note is only one year from the date of issuance.

Refund

To get a refund, you must return your purchase to ZJ Returns within 14 days of the day you received it.

After 14 days,ZJ has the right to reject any returns. We retain the right to refuse a refund if these items are returned.

We would incur a shipping fee if we had to return the goods to you in this situation, which you would pay upon request.

Cancellation

When making an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service staff and request a cancellation of any Non-Ready to Ship goods.

Though we would have liked to have added a new Ethnic Designer statement to your wardrobe, we will initiate a 100% refund and provide you proof of the same through email. Please be aware that items marked “Ready To Ship” are non-refundable since they are sent within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.

The cancellation request cannot be authorised through Facebook/Instagram or the Message Us button but only by the support staff.

Why the “24-Hour” deadline?”

As soon as we get confirmation of your purchase, we will begin working on it. Picking, packing, personalising, and shipping begins, and in most situations, the product has already been through a few stages. Preparing or customising a garment is already beginning in certain circumstances.

Final Sale

Outlet or Sale products may be discounted for any of the following reasons: end of season/minor marking/slight damage/color variances. Stock and Clearance products are not returnable and are not covered by the returns policy.

Cost of Shipping

We do not cover the cost of return postage or provide a refund for it. Customers in the United Kingdom will get a free return label to return defective or wrong merchandise through email. The return label is not available for international customers. 

Therefore, we will pay you up to £19.99 if you confirm the package receipt. If the returned products are not broken or wrong, a deduction of £6.99 will be levied to pay the return label costs.

If you are returning a product, you are legally obligated to take reasonable care of it. Until they are returned to us in the same condition as when you got them, you are responsible for them.

Please do not damage the items during an examination or put them on for size, including the original packing and labels/tags, since we will scrutinise all returns upon receipt.

We are not responsible for any products that do not arrive at our facility. As a result, we strongly suggest returning any items via a tracked delivery service and keeping a copy of the shipping receipt. If our products are damaged, we have the right to deny a return or exchange.

You are solely responsible for making sure you know our return policy, and we will not accept any responsibility or give any flexibility for noncompliance.

Products

Most of our items are hand embroidered, making them delicate and susceptible to 5% to 10% variance. You agree to the possibility of a little change from the photos shown on our website when you place an order on our site.

We may move product decorations due to the job’s nature, which is not considered a defect. Wearing these clothing carelessly might result in damage to the fabric.

This website sells only dry-cleanable apparel, so please keep that in mind when purchasing any of these items. 

Our company will not be held accountable for any damages arising from washing using another technique, as well as any claims for variation, displacement, or beading.
